Server Management

Server management includes OS upgrades and updates and security patches. Colo clients may contract Web Drive to manage their server provided the OS is Debian Linux or Microsoft Windows.

Emergency Support

Technicians are available 24/7 to respond to any emergency support requests where a server has become unstable or unreachable. You can call our 0800 toll-free number after-hours to be put through to a technician. Call-out fees may apply.

Emergency Hardware Replacement

In the event your server suffers a hardware failure that needs urgent replacement we can source and supply hardware from local suppliers at cost plus 10%. Installation fees will apply.
